Spluga Atelier is a true sourdough laboratory, located right in front of the historic pizzeria.
Leavened products and sweets
It is the place where Alfio Colombo experiments and produces bread, cookies, and leavened desserts, including Italian typical panettone and colomba. Among the leavened products is the Nuvola, a typical local sweet filled with jam.
The products from Spluga Atelier are offered to the guests of the pizzeria and can also be purchased, allowing visitors to take home a small souvenir of Alfio Colombo’s expertise in managing sourdough.

Just a few minutes away, you will find Spluga Pizzeria Contemporanea, our restaurant, famous for its pizza, considered the best on the lake and awarded by several national guides. You can also visit our centuries-old wine cellar, where we organise wine tastings and local specialities.
